Read less. Diagnose better.

Naxaya is not just an article archive. It is an operational path: start from a symptom, gather evidence, bound the action and keep rollback explicit.

01

Start from the symptom

Open the Incident Console or Failure Atlas with a concrete signal: 502, public DNS answer, WAF block, Terraform lock, or broad automation entry point.

02

Collect evidence

Before changing the system, capture logs, requests, identities, timestamps and command outputs that frame the problem.

03

Bound the action

Apply the smallest verifiable correction: targeted WAF exclusion, DNS link, probe, scoped template or human validation.

04

Prepare rollback

Every action needs an explicit rollback and proof that the expected state has returned.

Keep in mind A good runbook starts before the incident.

Articles provide context, snippets provide gestures, the Atlas provides the symptom entry point, and the Console prepares operational handoff.
